Konohamaru's full name is Konohamaru Sarutobi. He's the grandson of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi and the nephew of the leader of Team 10, Asuma Sarutobi. His name was given to him by the Third Hokage as a way of entrusting the hope of the village to him.
